bio precisionBioPrecision Stages

BioPrecision stages are designed for demanding applications where speed, repeatability and accuracy are required.

These stages utilize precision ground crossed roller bearing guideways, recirculating ball leadscrews, and precision motors. All components used in these stages are machined with state of the art CNC equipment resulting in the highest stage performance. All stage components are black anodized for durability and long lasting appearance.

A full compliment of specimen holder inserts are available for almost any application including single slides, double slides and petri dishes. Custom holders are available.

invertedStages for Inverted Microsopes

Motorized stages for inverted microscopes are a special application requiring a special stage. Specially designed for each type of inverted microscope, the BioPrecision stages offer the highest performance.

Precision recirculating ball screws provide very high accuracy, stability and long life. With proper maintenance the accuracy can be relied upon for years.

The travel range for this stage is 121mm x 102mm. This makes it suitable for scanning full-size multi-well plates, petri dishes as well as simple glass slides.

filter wheelsFilter Wheels for Microscope

The LEP filter wheel provides fast, automated and efficient optical filter changing for microscopes.

Typically mounted to the microscope between the lamp housing and the microscope stand, the filter wheel becomes a part of the microscope, enhancing the performance without compromising the optical characteristics or ease of use. Mounting arrangements are available for most commonly available microscopes including all of the current microscopes available from Nikon, Olympus, Leica and Zeiss.

The electronic shutter, available as a stand-alone or integrated with the filter wheel provides reliable control of the light and exposure times.
