Olympus has developed two confocal designs to meet the challenging needs of high-end researchers. Our FluoView™ Laser Scanning Confocal Series offers a choice of two models for a variety of applications requiring ultra-thin sectioning. Our Spinning Disk Confocal system allows high transmission rates and greater acquisition speed through a rotating slit aperture for reduced phototoxicity. Both designs are compatible with the Olympus research range of microscopes offering high-resolution confocal optical sectioning.

Olympus has developed two confocal designs to meet the challenging needs of high-end researchers. Our FluoView™ Laser Scanning Confocal Series offers a choice of three models for a variety of applications requiring ultra-thin sectioning. Our Spinning Disk Confocal system allows high transmission rates and greater acquisition speed through a rotating slit aperture for reduced phototoxicity. Both designs are compatible with the Olympus research range of microscopes offering high-resolution confocal optical sectioning.

FluoView 300

The FluoView 300 configured with visible-excitation permits simultaneous collection of up to 3 detection channels. Maximum optical efficiency is combined with easy, one-touch selection of pinholes and filters.

FluoView 1000

The FluoView 1000 incorporates two laser scanners in a single compact design, for simultaneous observation and laser light stimulation.

FluoView 1000 MPE

Olympus' Fluoview FV1000-MPE, a multiphoton laser scanning microscope that allows fluorescence imaging deep within specimens. Utilizing pulsed IR lasers, the Olympus Fluoview MPE is able to image hundreds of microns into a specimen thanks to the penetration of IR light and our long working distance objectives. The Fluoview-MPE provides cutting-edge technology for various areas of scientific research such as neuroscience and cell biology.

Spinning Disk Confocal

Affordable, slit aperture disk confocal offers greater transmission rates, speed, and full frame imaging. It's ideal for time-lapse imaging of living cells.
