New extensions for IPLab Windows, providing highly integrated and innovative deconvolution solutions. The InFocus product line offers a number of algorithms for the fast and simple deblurring of images to sophisticated quantitative constrained iterative methods.

IPLab

IPLab for Windows image acquisition, processing, measurement, and analysis software. IPlab runs on the latest operating systems: Windows XP. IPLab directly supports the acquisition of images and time-lapse series. Sophisticated imaging processes or even simple routines can be automated down to the push of a single button through the use of the intuitive scripting tool. There is no need to learn Visual Basic or other programming languages when you want to automate your imaging routines. Also, fully integrated extensions easily automate microscope control by driving motorized microscope hardware.

Motion Control

The Motion Control extension allows IPLab to control motorized microscope hardware, letting you automate your experiments and image acquisition. Now you can conduct 3D imaging, time lapse imaging, multi-well plate analysis, multifluorescent image acquisition (FISH, gene mapping) and GFP studies, all within one unified software environment!

MultiProbe

MultiProbe is an IPLab for Windows extension module with a number of tools to aid in the processing and visualization of multiple wavelength image data. MultiProbe’s handling of multiple channels of data make it ideal for research using Fluorescence in situ Hybridization (FISH), GFP, and immunocytochemistry. Complete systems for multi-wavelength analysis are available, including cameras, filter wheels, and all the software to control the entire acquisition process.

Ratio Plus

Ratio Plus for Windows acquires, processes, and analyzes your ratio, FRET, and Cameleon experiments. Ratio Plus is an extension to the IPLab for Windows scientific imaging program, which means that it adds extensive functionality to an already-powerful image analysis package.
