3D - three-dimensional image evaluation
The path leading from the second into the third dimension is so easy that it’s almost a game. Any images of sectional series can be loaded into user-definable stacks and thus sorted. The subsequent height scaling and alignment concludes preparation of the image stack for reconstruction.
 
3D manages all data automatically. Reconstructions can be saved/loaded separately as workspaces or projects. Images can be loaded, added, sorted and aligned as you please. All common image formats are supported.

Capture and save Z-stacks of images

The smart solution to automate the acquisition, display, processing, analysis and presentation of multi-channel fluorescence images. This module can be used for a wide variety of applications in fluorescence microscopy: FISH (Fluorescence In-Situ Hybridization), Immuno-Fluorescence Histochemistry, gene marking through GFP (Green Fluorescence Protein), or the marking of cells through fat-soluble dyes.

Use the crosshair grid for precise placement of samples during image preview.

Stray light from areas above or below the focal plane result in glare, distortion and blurriness in fluorescence and brightfield microscopy. The deconvolution methods of the new analySIS® module called ride (rapid image deconvolution) bring the sharpness, resolution and detail back into your images.
